Our powerful OSM solder-on module in the compact Size-S form factor (30 × 30 mm) is the ideal platform for industrial applications that demand maximum space efficiency, high performance, and long-term availability. It is based on the proven NXP™ i.MX 8M Nano or Mini processor with four Arm® Cortex®-A53 cores @ 1.6 GHz and an additional Cortex®-M4 @ 400 MHz for real-time tasks.

Thanks to the standardized OSM form factor by SGET with 332 LGA contact pads, our module is perfectly suited for fully automated SMT assembly – without connectors, offering maximum design flexibility. The open standard allows for easy integration into a wide range of embedded applications and benefits from an active developer community that continuously advances the OSM standard.
